I think you're being a little ridiculous. You can find a GIA certified, natural pink diamond at an affordable price easily if you run a simple online search. Will it be massive and flawless quality? No, but if she wants the pink diamond that badly, then size shouldn't matter. Simply telling her "No" like she is a child asking for an allowance is disrespectful. It's an engagement ring, she only gets one and she'll be wearing it the rest of her life. If the price bothers you, have her help find one within your comfortable budget and get a simple setting to keep costs down. She'll be happy and you'll be happy you weren't stuck doing all the research.

Lastly, "enhanced"? Never, ever buy an irradated diamond. The diamond shrinks and loses clarity from this process. You're basically damaging a perfectly fine diamond that way. Coating is also a waste and she -will- notice when it starts to chip. You could go for a HPHT enhanced pink but why if you could find a natural for around the same price?
